Introduction
Attempting to pursue the worldwide healthcare market worth £120 billion will put a lot of demand on an organisation’s resources. SMEs are always challenged by limited resources and at times, by limited awareness of how information and communication technologies (ICT) can help.
This workshop aims to provide awareness of cost-effective ICT solutions available for various tasks that improve the efficiency of various business processes and transform businesses if integrated properly with the business strategy.OBJECTIVES
On completion, participants will be able to:
1. Appreciate the use of ICT as a strategic tool for their business
2. Identify areas where ICT could improve profitability
3. Gain awareness of cost-effective solutions available to achieve this.
