Introduction 

How do you sell to the NHS? What are the rules? What is process? Who are the Key Decision Makers? Who are the Key Influencers?  The NHS is changing and getting more “strategically business aware” your business needs to keep up to date with these changes to give you the best chance of success.

Delivery

This is an interactive workshop with a formal presentation giving practical examples and promoting discussion. Delegates will be given the opportunity to discuss the specific requirements of their own individual organisations following the presentation in a dedicated “surgery” session.
